Getting Started

This page will be dedicated to a step by step approach to integrate clean eating into your everyday meals. It is the plan I used. I really just made it up as I went along, but it helped me change things a little at a time, which was easier on the pocketbook, and easier on the hubby! 😉 I’m not sure he would have gone along with it if I had jumped in with both feet and changed everything overnight!

I want to get the blog going, so I’m starting there, and will add to this page in the coming week.
